I just wrote out my goals for 2018 and I’m honestly excited for the new start the new year is going to bring. I have a lot of work to do to achieve my goals, but I’m excited for them. I’m also very excited because they aren’t all fitness focused. I need to enrich all aspects of my life, not just create goals based on moving my body.
